The Provincial AIBF Executive accepted with regret Dan Finley's resignation as Vice-President (Calgary Festival). Dan received a very good promotion as manager of all artist bookings for the 2008 Calgary Stampede and we wish him the best of luck in his new position.

Dwayne Engh, Concert Band Chairman, has been appointed as the AIBF Vice-President responsible for the management of the Calgary Festival. Dwayne will be assisted by Jackie Trowbridge in the administration. This will strengthen the committee and the AIBF is looking forward to excellent Festivals in Edmonton and Calgary next year.
